Tom,

Just wanted to drop you a note to Thank You for the Most Prompt response in regards to my latest issue.

Your son Tom, and his able assistant Kyle, were Most Professional.
My satisfaction, with ALL of your services, dating back to December of 2009, with our initial meeting with my furnace issues, 
followed by the A/C issue in May of 2010, until now, well "words" just won't suffice.

Your attention to detail and punctuality lend itself to what Customer Service is all about.

You, Your son Tom and Kyle certainly have "raised the bar", in regards to Customer Service.
Other companies would be  benefited by using your organization as what they should strive to be.
