So, I wanted to let you guys know about a great HVAC and Plumbing company that is local. We moved to your city in 2010 and on our HVAC was a tag with service dates from Passanisi Services. So we gave them a call and since then they have serviced our HVAC needs three times a year. They have a small price for this service but they discount any "emergency calls." When my wife was 6 months pregnant our A/C went out Tom Sr. came out with in an hour or two just because he knew she was pregnant. He fixed the problem which ended up being a fuse. He charged me under $20 for the "emergency call," diagnoses and replacement of the fuse. We had out dehumidifier pump go and the price was basically for parts. We also had one of main drains back up and his son Tom jr. showed up and fixed the plug at a minimum cost. Recently our hot water tank began to leak. It was just before 4:00p.m. and I made a call to Passanisi Services. They made sure that everything was shut off. They were over first thing in the morning and before 11:00 they had new hot water tank installed. Guys this company is local and amazing! I'll stand behind these guys any day of the week.
