About Passanisi Services

Passanisi Services Inc. was founded by Thomas F. Passanisi in Amherst, Ohio. Tom had worked for 8 HVAC service companies in over 20 years before going into business for himself in November 1997. It was a big decision for Tom and his family but as things turned out, the benefit far out weighed the risk. The week after Tom resigned from his previous employer he began offering his own services to Lorain County residents. He never skipped a beat. Even though Tom was the top salesman and service technician the preceding service company , he did not take a pay cut when starting Passanisi Services Inc.

From the beginning Tom decided that he would stand out from his competitors by the way treated his customers and by the quality of work he performed. His customers became like family to him. They deserved his respect, hard work, and honest business, so that is exactly what he gave them.

Passanisi Services is not like your typical service company. We are dedicated to excellence, proud of our work, and honor our customers. It is with this mission that Passanisi Services has grown from a simple Heating and Air Conditioning company in Lorain County to the corporation it is today. We are proud of our achievement and look forward to a bright future with our business. As we grow as an organization it is important for us to remember where came from and the reason why we experienced such great success.

Passanisi Services Inc. now represents more than just HVAC related services. We have offered new additional services every year since 2002 and plan to continue on this path for many years to come. Passanisi Services extends its business in plumbing, pressure washing, pavement striping and seal coating, bathroom remodeling, light carpentry, painting, and drain cleaning services.
